In the seaport of Ust-Luga (Leningrad Region), NOVOTRANS is constructing Russia’s largest multipurpose terminal LUGAPORT with a cargo turnover of 24.3 million tons a year. The terminal is planned to commission and reach its design capacity in 2024.
