The International Forum and Exhibition “Transport of Russia” — the key events of the Transport Week held by the Ministry of Transport of Russia on an annual basis — will take place from November 15 until November 17 in the Moscow Gostiny Dvor. Traditionally, the events will gather more than 3000 branch leaders: representatives of federal and regional authorities, heads of leading Russian companies in the field of transport and transport machine-building, digitalization and infrastructure construction.

The issues concerning development of the main transport types will be discussed on the Forum sidelines. Much attention will be paid to the problems of overcoming the obstacles connected with the sanction pressure, import substitution assistance, and technological sovereignty of the Russian transport. Open business sessions will be available at site.

The business program will start with a plenary discussion attended by the representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation on the topic Transport of Russia. Growth Strategy in the New Conditions. The speakers will discuss the rearranging of the existing transport and logistic chains, the necessary support for the industry development, growth in the share of Russian-made transport machines and increasing competitiveness of the Russian transport by means of digitalization projects.

More than 300 speakers confirmed their attendance: Aide to the President of the Russian Federation Igor Levitin, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Andrey Belousov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin, Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Vitaly Savelyev, as well as Heads of Russian Railways OJSC, Russian Highways State Company, Aeroflot PJSC, AVTOVAZ JSC, etc.

More than 70 exhibitors will present their projects and elaborations at the Exhibition “Transport of Russia”. The emphasis will be made on the innovations in the sphere of transport and infrastructure, and the main place of the exposition will be taken by the United Stand of Priority Projects. The exposition will present what has been done and is still planned to be done within the framework of national and federal projects.

The Forum and Exhibition “Transport of Russia” will host the Russian Znanie Society studio, which is the partner of the event, for the second time. It will be the venue for the lectures, open dialogs, and interviews with the representatives of the largest industry companies, scientists and engineers, whose achievements motivate young people for self-development and getting new knowledge. All events held by the studio will be broadcast on-line atVKontakte Group and at the official site of Znanie Society.
